So by now you should have been able to look over the meal plan and grocery list and hopefully have done your shopping for the week! But don’t just throw it in the fridge and hope for the best during the week! Take some time TODAY to prep for the week. I know that meal prep may be new to some of you so we are going to dive RIGHT in…RIGHT NOW!!! Wash all of your fruits and veggies, chop them and bag them into single servings.
