Sunday seem to be Lazy days sometimes. Sometimes I prep meals for the week, sometimes I don't. I actually prefer Mondays to do that. Now that it's Football season our meals tend to be lazy as well. Found this great basic lentils recipe for the crock pot. I usually add what I want or tweak the seasoning. So easy and simple to do. Enjoy!!

Grilled Zucchini pizza bites
Football Sunday snack idea:
This is a healthy snack idea you can bring to your football parties. The key to staying on track is bringing a dish that you will be able to enjoy it.
Grilled zucchini pizza bites:
Cut zucchini into round slices. Lightly coat each side with olive oil. Grill each side until tender. If you don't have a grill these can be cooked in the broiler. Coat with clean marinara or pizza sauce. Add your favorite toppings. Here they are topped with low-fat mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni and black olives. Broil for 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!

Lemon/Jalapeño Fish Tacos
🌟🌟Easy Fish Tacos!!!🌟🌟
Lemon/Jalapeño Fish Tacos for dinner.
• Swai fillets
• Sliced Jalapeño & Onions
• Corn tortillas
• 1avocado
• 1 tomato
• Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Sauté fish and add seasoning. In a different pan sauté sliced jalapeño & onions. When done put fish on 2 tortillas, top with onion & jalapeño, add guacamole and hot sauce if desired.
My mouth is still burning from the jalapeño so be careful.
