Shakeology Dessert Recipes

Shakeology Dessert Recipes

Seriously- these Shakeology Dessert Recipes are so clean, nutritious, vitamin rich and taste AMAZING that you will forget that they are GOOD for you! My personal favorite are the fudgy oat bars. You can make them ahead of time and have a quick and crunchy snack on the go, anywhere! They are great to throw into your childs lunch box or keep at work for a handy go to chocolate fix :-). If you want to mix it up a bit, try the Shakeology Sunshine Bars and Gooey Shakeology Oatmeal Bars.
The Chocolate Shakeology and Vanilla Cinnamon Chia Pudding is comfort food at its best!
In the summer whne you want something cool, reach for the Peanut Butter Fudgy Pops, Super Berry Pops, Vanilla PB&B Ice cream or Frozen Chocolate Vanilla Bites.
Want a healthy kid snack thats a bit “lighter” in texture? Try the Shakeology Berry Sorbet, Shakeology Peppermint Sorbet or Vanilla Yogurt Bowl.
Now the cookies are amazing and are great to have around the house for the kiddos. Try the Shakeology no-bake cookies, Vanilla Energy Balls and Shakeology No-Bake Nutty Cookies. YUMMO!
The Pies are a no brainer for taking to a guests house or picnic. People will be totally surprised that they are really eating the vitamin equivalent of five plates of salad! Try making the Shakeology no bake pie, Very Berry Shakeology Pie, Banana Honeymoon Shakeology Pie or my personal favorite, the Key Lime Shakeology Pie!

Have you wondered yet why there is no baking involved? Because the Shakeology is a whole food, there is a very tedious and careful process in keeping the integrity of the enzymes active. When we cook foods at high temperatures, we kill many of the enzymes that make it good for us. If we dont cook it enough, in the case of Shakeology, it could rancid in the bag. Its literally just a 5 degree variance in preserving the natural whole food quality and integrity of Shakeologys whole foods. Cooking or heating Shakeology would destroy many of the nutrients in Shakeology and upset the nutrient balance. It’s recommended that you not heat Shakeology above 110 degrees. Therefore, all of these recipes are no-bake to keep the whole-food vitamin quality delivered to you, from nature. Which is the first recipe you want to make?
Enjoy!!
