Piyo lower body review

#Piyo Day 2 Lower Body. Being a girl that loves lifting the moves are very challenging for me. My favorite below child's pose . It was a bit short for me being about 20 minutes, so I kinda jumped ahead and did upper body as well. Felt like I needed to do more. I'm hearing the next couple days I won't want to peak ahead lol. But I'll let you know how it goes . #piyo #challengeyourself
